Launched on 23 March 2026, the global survey will be distributed through a curated network of trusted partners, reaching over 300,000 women leaders worldwide.
Combined with private salons and in-depth interviews, the survey forms part of a rigorous, multi-layered inquiry designed to capture lived experience, insight and emerging leadership standards across regions and sectors.
The survey will close 30th June 2026.

From CEOs and entrepreneurs to diplomats and philanthropists, we’re building an international record to understand what leadership really requires today from the lived experiences of women who lead today.
LIMITED EDITION HARDBACK REPORT
The final record of The Leadership Renaissance inquiry will be published as a limited-edition design-led hardback report to be formally presented to institutions of governance, policy, and education including the UK Government, the European Commission, and the United Nations.
This fusion of research, narrative and creativity - created as a cultural document of record captures the leadership values that will define the decade ahead.
