Lisa Tse is an international creative artist, entrepreneur, photographer, and women’s advocate whose career spans two decades at the intersection of leadership, culture, creativity and social impact. Renowned for her ability to connect disciplines and people with insight and elegance, Lisa is celebrated for bringing integrity, imagination and humanity to every project she leads.
As Founder and President of The Sorority, a pioneering global society of women of influence across business, the arts and public life, Lisa has created a rare platform dedicated to leadership, creativity and collective impact. Recognised by CNN as founder of one of the “Top 5 Members Clubs for Women,” The Sorority reflects her lifelong commitment to elevating women’s voices and cultivating networks of meaning, purpose and authenticity.
Lisa also serves as a Special Advisor to UN Women UK, where she supports initiatives advancing gender equality, ethical leadership and systems-level change. She also was a Curator for 209 Women, the groundbreaking national portrait exhibition in UK Parliament that was widely recognised as a milestone in Britain’s cultural and political landscape.
As a serial entrepreneur, Lisa has founded and led successful ventures across creative consultancy, digital art, cultural production and photographic storytelling — from her renowned design studio to Opus Artz, a concept art house shaping some of the world’s biggest entertainment titles. This multidisciplinary entrepreneurial foundation underpins her strategic, imaginative approach to leadership.
Drawing on her background across branding, culture, diplomacy, women’s advocacy and creative direction, she brings a rare combination of strategic clarity, cultural sensitivity, aesthetic intelligence and moral purpose.
Leonor Díaz Alcántara
Founder & President, Saviesa Think Tank
Leonor Díaz Alcántara is an award-winning leader in global education and social innovation, with more than 25 years as a CEO across the nonprofit, private, and social enterprise sectors. She is the Founder and President of Saviesa, a think tank and consultancy shaping ethical and creative futures in the age of AI. Through Saviesa, she convenes thought leaders, technologists, and changemakers to reimagine how technology and humanity can flourish together.
Her leadership in education has been transformative. As Global CEO of Montessori Global Education, she repositioned the organisation internationally, forging partnerships with UNICEF and others, and expanding its remit from training into a broader social impact movement. Earlier, as CEO of the RAFT Institute, she built collaborations with Imperial College London and UCL, alongside the NHS and government agencies. She also created Smart Matrix Ltd, an award-winning med-tech venture, raising £6m in social impact funds, and has served as a guest lecturer at Oxford Saïd Business School on entrepreneurship and leadership.
Leonor has been appointed a member of TEN — The Expert Network of World in 2050, a global community of experts whose work aligns with major megatrends and long-term futures thinking. Her achievements have been recognised globally with honours including the Top 100 Leaders in Education (2019, 2021) and the TIAW World of Difference Award, presented by the International Alliance for Women, alongside multiple innovation prizes.
Today, through Saviesa and her advisory role with the Jane Goodall Institute’s Roots & Shoots UAE, she continues to champion systemic change for a sustainable, human-centred future.
